This hotel is a hidden gem right in the heart of town. You can't beat the value for money. The staff here really go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. The rooms may be on the simple side, but they're clean and comfortable. And let me tell you, the breakfast is divine, with a great selection of dishes to choose from. The attention to detail is impressive, especially with the soft and cozy beds. Plus, the location is perfect, right off the bustling high street.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

We were quite disappointed by several aspects of the hotel. Firstly, there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room, and no room service was available. Moreover, the towels provided were threadbare and inadequate, and the toiletries were missing or empty. Finally, we found that the toilet and bathroom floor were an accident waiting to happen, as they were quite slippery when wet.
